Description of the Services
Harage allows its members who ratify the agreement to sell electronics to Harage and purchase electronics from Harage through the Harage mobile application.
Harage provides a way for users to list their electronics for sale, receive offers, and complete secure transactions. Buyers can browse available electronics and purchase them directly from
The purpose of this platform is to provide a simple and convenient service for users looking to sell their electronics for an instant offer and for buyers seeking quality electronics at competitive prices. Interactive listings allow users to manage their sales and purchases efficiently.
We have created Harage as a trusted electronics marketplace where users can sell their used or new devices directly to Harage and buy certified electronics from the platform.
Harage does not act as an open marketplace where individuals sell to each other. Instead, Harage directly buys electronics from customers, may repair or modify them if necessary, and then resells them to other customers. This ensures that products meet a certain quality standard before resale.
Harage evaluates, checks, and tests all electronics before purchasing them from sellers. This process helps determine whether repairs or modifications are needed and ensures that resold electronics meet functional and quality standards.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the electronics they sell to Harage are genuine, in the described condition, and legally owned.
Harage carefully inspects and verifies the condition of all electronics before purchasing them. This includes checking for defects, software limitations, and performance issues to ensure that items meet Harage’s quality standards.
However, buyers must still review the product descriptions, specifications, and provided images carefully before making a purchase, as pre-owned or modified electronics may not always include manufacturer warranties.
In addition, some electronics may be listed as “New,” “Certified Pre-Owned,” “Refurbished,” or “Used”, based on their condition after Harage’s evaluation and modification process. Harage ensures that all listed electronics are tested and in working condition, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
Harage shall not be liable or responsible for any product that becomes faulty after purchase or does not meet the expectations of the buyer. Buyers are responsible for verifying the details of a product before completing their purchase.
Buyers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their delivery addresses, and Harage shall have no liability or responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details. All product evaluations, pricing, and deliveries are the sole responsibility of Harage once a transaction is confirmed.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control. While Harage will do everything possible to meet estimated delivery schedules, unexpected delays may occur. We will notify buyers of any significant delays as soon as possible.
